We're averaging 9.9 giveaways per show. That's way too high.
Oct 1–5 we ran 54 giveaways over 6 shows. After everything was paid out and covered, those shows lost $178. We need to tighten up the numbers and how we do things.
The rule: 5 giveaways per show, max.
How and when you run them is your call. Some ideas:
Show-share goal:Hit 20 shares and I drop a giveaway.
Bookmark goal for the next show:Get us to 50 bookmarks on our next live and I will run a giveaway. (50 is just an example.)
Followers-only early in the show, to turn viewers into followers.
Buyers-only at the end is fine, like you're doing it now. Just make sure only people who bought tonight can enter.
2.Show length: 2 to 2.5 hours

Our sales hold steady for about the first 2.5 hours, then drop about 40%. Past 2.5 hours it isn't worth staying on. Keep shows at 2 to 2.5 hours.
It's very important that we follow the prices listed there. Dollar starts are okay, but use your judgment and don't abuse them.
ℹ️ FYI: why this matters
Since the Sep 20 sheet, 77% of stainless and 67% of titanium sold below the floor. We need to stop that. Don't go below the floor. Buyers are already getting a great deal at the floor price.
Going below the floor, on top of giveaways, the shipping we cover, and hourly pay plus commission, is hurting our margins.
Aluminum has the tightest margin. A $15 aluminum that ships by itself loses us money. That's why the aluminum floor is now $17 and the ideal is $25.
Low-stock colors show "firm" on the sheet. That means full price only, no discounts.
